Infinite loading screen after Dec 3rd patch

I've been struggling with an infinite loading screen in one of my saved after updating my game for the dec 3rd patch. I've tested with no mods, game loads. Did the factory settings reset, and I was able to load into the game with one of the sims in the family who was on a public lot with mods and saves in, but no tray files. But when I tried to make him go home, I got stuck again, so I think it might be the house that they're in.

How might I go about fixing this if I can't access the house?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
