Infinite Loading screen in sims 4

Yesterday I played the sims 4 and went to save and leav because the home I saved wouldn't delete on screen but said it did on game, and now it's been stuck loading sincr 10AM yesterday, can anyone help? 🙂

    @Fairycatcher You will probably need to force-close down your game.

    Does it do the same when you try to reload ?

    I closed it by using task manager cause Alt+F4 doesn't work on my device 🙂 it doesn't have the same problem after
