Ingame time and sim freezes, can't interact with anything

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the main household in a save, play for 1-3 minutes, then the ingame time stops along with the sims' actions
What happens when the bug occurs? My entire game freezes, including the ingame time and my sim, but I can still see the environment change (sun rising/setting, weather, etc). I can still move my camera around the plot/world, but I can't interact with anything, nor can I control my sim or reset her using testingcheats.
What do you expect to see? The ingame time to continue progressing and to be able to interact with things and play the game properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

My Sims 4 game keeps crashing 1-3 minutes after opening any save.
I would open my game and open the save I want to play with, after loading up to where I last left off ingame, my game would run smoothly for a couple of minutes until everything would just freeze in time (specifically at 4am ingame in the specific savefile I'm trying to play), and my sim would stop and stand still. Once the time freezes, none of my controls work, and I cannot interact with anything, even the exit option, leading to having to restart my entire computer to actually exit the game and use my computer normally. I've tried removing all my mods, repairing the game from the EA app, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game on my PC, yet this issue has continued no matter what I do.

Apologies for the late reply, but I've found myself having the same issues. Have you tried a different/fresh save file? I found my issues lied within the save itself, rather than an individual dlc or otherwise.
I would also suggest loading your game without any dlc to see if the dlc is just having a compatibility problem with your game. If you are running your game from Steam or EA, you can manually disable dlc packs by right clicking, going into properties, and typing the following command into the textbox.
-disablepacks:EP01,EP02,EP03,EP04,EP05,EP06,EP07,EP08,EP09,EP10,EP11,EP12,EP13,EP14,EP15,EP16,EP17,GP02,GP03,GP04,GP05,GP07,GP08,GP10,GP11,GP12,SP01,SP02,SP05,SP06,SP07,SP08,SP09,SP11,SP12,SP13,SP14,SP16
This will disable your dlc packs. If your game runs well with them, then remove packs from the list sequentially until either something breaks or everything works, in which case I would likely assume it is an issue with your save file.
