Ingame time and sim freezes, can't interact with anything

Hi there,

Apologies for the late reply, but I've found myself having the same issues. Have you tried a different/fresh save file? I found my issues lied within the save itself, rather than an individual dlc or otherwise.

I would also suggest loading your game without any dlc to see if the dlc is just having a compatibility problem with your game. If you are running your game from Steam or EA, you can manually disable dlc packs by right clicking, going into properties, and typing the following command into the textbox.

-disablepacks:EP01,EP02,EP03,EP04,EP05,EP06,EP07,EP08,EP09,EP10,EP11,EP12,EP13,EP14,EP15,EP16,EP17,GP02,GP03,GP04,GP05,GP07,GP08,GP10,GP11,GP12,SP01,SP02,SP05,SP06,SP07,SP08,SP09,SP11,SP12,SP13,SP14,SP16

This will disable your dlc packs. If your game runs well with them, then remove packs from the list sequentially until either something breaks or everything works, in which case I would likely assume it is an issue with your save file.

@XideonPi Hello! Thanks for your reply. I just tried playing a different save file and my game worked! Guess it really was just a problem with the file itself, so thank you for the help; I really appreciate it! 🙂
