Solved

Invisible wall problems.

Hi, this is my very first post so hopefully it's in the right place. Me and my wife have just started playing the sims 4 and my wife loves to build. She is encountering problems with the walls every now and again. She builds them fine but as you go up and down your build the ground floor walls never drop or go invisible. Obviously this doesn't allow her to see inside completely as the ceiling is removed but the walls all stay up.

Any help for some rookies

Cheers

  • Hi there @4daf4d3aa878a8f8,

The wall view will only change depending on what floor you're currently viewing- so if you're on the 2nd floor, the walls on the 1st floor will remain fully up even if you're using wall down or cut-away view.

If you're having issues viewing the floor you're currently building on, you'll want to toggle the wall view to either Walls Up, Cutaway, or Down- the hotkey for this on PC is the Home button on your keyboard.
