I know, what I'm asking if the Environment Effects from Decoration such as Painting. Sculptures, ect, being applied to the Environment Points?
or, if Decorations are no longer valid and those items became useless and junk?

As I understand it, most things in a room will count for environmental effects including the wall coverings and floors. Some existing things have changed values from what they were. So there will be some differences we all have to get used to.

@CGrant56 yes, that helps. so to be sure on this. any paintings, sculptures under the Decorations tab, says Environment 1-10 is not given perfect Values like they did before.

@LadyDarkSorrow Nicely Decorated (+1) is the highest I've been able to get since the June 3rd patch no matter how many paintings I've added to a room. The new setting in Game Options does not seem to matter whether I have it turned on or off. I'm still trying to figure out if there is some kind of trick to this whole thing.
