If you have an underage account you can not access some features such as the online Gallery. If you are no longer underage you can talk to a game advisor on how to have your account "upgraded". If you entered the wrong birthdate when creating the account follow these instructions: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
