All my fences have this strange pattern across them why?

ok thanks very much I forgot about the seasons pack. I did not know the roof got decorated for christmas too. Geez that is a relief now I know what happened. Its good to know why this was happening and its not a glitch phew thanks.
@tigerrun777, you can let the game decide what decorations to place on your house or you can pick them one by one for each of 5 categories: foundations, roof eaves, fences, spandrels, and friezes. (you are less likely to have friezes and spandrels.) 😉 Either way you decorate , the action will be done by clicking on the decorations box! 🙂
ok thanks so the box has the option of selecting them 1 at a time as well?
@tigerrun777, yes the box will have an option that says "Select Holiday Decorations" and when you click on it will have options like "Decorate for Fences for Harvestfest" or "Decorate Foundations for Love Day" . 😉 For every holiday you will be able to decorate any one of 5 parts of the outside of your house (You can select all 5 if you want too). Just know that if your house doesn't have fences , for example, then no fence decorations will show up unless you add fences. You can also decorate the outside of your house for Everyday, if you like! 😎
