Issue Solved.

I Noticed That I Had Broken Sims 4 Mods From QMBIBI. The Broken Mods Were Causing The Adult Milestones To Appear Twice In The Milestones Section In The Sims 4.

I Deleted The Broken Mods From My Mods Folder And Repaired My Game.

Issue Is Fixed. As I Scrolled Down To Milestones, I Only Saw 1 Adult Milestone. It Worked.

There Is A Bug That The Adult Milestones Are Showing 2 Of The Same Milestones. It Should Be Only One. This Is Not Good. Yes I Do Play With Custom Content And Mods. I Play On PC.

Can you give more detail? What do you mean by duplicate milestone glitch? What are you seeing, what would you expect to see instead, what platform do you play on, and do you use any mods/cc?
