Issue with households

having issues trying to play within my households. at first it showed my households in their homes but now they have disappeared. i did end up making a new household for a new plot i made but it then ended up deleting the members as well as the other households i had & looking at my saved households i don't have them anymore.. also when i click the play button (selecting the household) it ends up sending me back to the manage world screen.

i do use mods from curse forge and i have updated, as well tried to move my mods to my desktop & try letting it make a new mod folder when relaunching the game, (google told me to) but that didn't work. 

i saw that deleting **bleep** might help but it didn't. 
i would delete the mods i have but i do have a lot so I'm not sure really what mod is or could be causing it. 

i just want some help :(
