Issue with "Stuck in the shadow" Sims 4 -> Cannot ask for Lewis career

I was enjoying very much the scenario "Stuck in the shadow". However got to the point where I need to ask Lewis for his career and I do not have the option to do so...

Game appears to be stuck and i cannot continue with my progress.

How the game can be fixed?

he is freaking unemployed? i just clicked on him checked his relationship and poof UNEMPLOYED. All talk and even got a chance to be an astronaut, now he is just bumming around not letting me complete this.
