issues with burnout

my sim keeps getting the burnout moodlet. I get them to do something creative or jog etc, then the moodlet disappears. However, when they go to work the next day they get dazed again which leads to another burnout. I'll have them take a vacation day from work but when they return the same thing happens. This has happened to a couple of families, none of the sims can go to work without returning feeling dazed. Any help would be appreciated!
