@coltsfan017 Custom content chairs broke a couple of patches ago; I'm not sure whether they broke again, or whether some of the newer reports are from people who hadn't tested after the previous patch. Either way, you'll need to get updated versions of the cc items, or fix your existing ones with a batch fix. (Check out Sims4Studio for instructions.)
This issue won't be patched because cc issues don't get addressed. It's the creators' responsibility to ensure that their content works with the game, not the other way around.
