@kxykxy15 , when you removed your Mods and CC to test, did you also delete your localthumbcache.package file ? If you haven't , then you will need to do that since bits of corrupted data can remain in this file and will cause problems 😞 , even if you update your Mods/CC or delete all Mods/CC that couldn't be updated. This should be done each time you delete old Mod or CC or replace them with upgraded versions! 🤨
The localthumbcache.package file can be found in your game folder ( Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) .

- @PugLove888 I didn't when I removed them to test. But I just deleted it now and tried my game but it still doesn't work ☹️
@kxykxy15 , it does look like a CC issue. 🤔
Does anything change if you change the skin tone? If it doesn't , what about when your change the hair colors or even hair styles? You can also try different clothes.
Please update us! 😇@PugLove888No nothing changes when I change the skin tone or the hair colour or hair style. I've tried changing the body type, everything in CAS. Nothing seems to help.
It also seems to be just that the sim. I tried adding another sim to the household and they do not have the same issue.
