Item saved from web gallery no longer available

I'm on PC and I've just updated my game today. When I was offline a few days ago, I went onto the web version of the gallery and downloaded a couple of items, but couldn't access them because my game...

    Yes. I've removed my entire Sims 4 folder, deleted all caches, reset the EA app, signed in/out of the EA app, repaired the game, tried launching offline then closing and relaunching online and removing my tray folder. I get the popup no matter what.
