items removed 2025

im recently new to the sims 4 and from first impressions im very disappointed with the way ea handles it  im learning a lot still so it was already confusing getting mods etc, the game was perfectly fine late last night I wanted some packs so I got them when I went back in an hour later the game loads me in but it says that my items have been removed although when I go in my mods folder everythings there please help me out chat I don't know what to do to fix this
