It's still raining inside after the last update

I don't have any mods and its still raining and snowing inside. I tried to repair the game, still raining inside. I'm playing on PC. I'm 100% sure I actually updated it.

    I realized it wasn’t actually raining indoors, it just looked like it haha. I got 'Seasons' while the bug was still there, and it looked kind of the same. Sorry about that, and thank you for taking the time to reply anyway!

could you please add some pics ? Do you have this in all kinds of lot types ? Did you never have any mods/cc or removed them (please pick the appropriate thread tag)
