Jordan Mayer not in my game on PS4. Please help

I was watching a Sims 4 city living trailer and I saw a cute pre made sim by the name of Jordan Mayer. I wanted to download her from the gallery but she isn’t there. Can anyone tell me how to get her into my version of the Sims 4 city living on PS4? Thank you in advance.

On Consoles you do not have access to the Community tab.
It may be added later but will be different than the one used by PC/Mac users.
