June 3 2020 Update: No option to collect water

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Get to Work, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living, Bowling Night Stuff, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to go to fishing spot (or waterfall in Island Living). Look for option to get/collect water - no option exists.
What happens when the bug occurs? There should be an option to "collect water" or something similar, as per the latest patch notes. There is no such option.
What do you expect to see? An option to "collect water" or something similar when I click on a fishing spot or waterfall.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The June 3 2020 big update, and one small update later on in the day.
