@juliacolen Do you get any error messages or lastExceptions files in your documents folder when booted back to the map ?
@crinrict Thanks for your answer! I got one error message yesterday after trying for a million times to get loaded into a random family, I included it in this message.
I checked my documents folder but I don't see any lastExceptions files...

It looks like a matter of a broken onsen lot. I can get your family to load by inviting them to another lot but when trying to load the onsen one, the game has endless laoding.
This is an older bug that I thought was fixed.
Do you have any backups from before you travelled ot the lot ?I probably did travel to the snow festival yeah... I tried it as well and I can also get my family to load into another lot.
Is there a way to fix the Onsen lot? Because I searched for another save file but I only found one that's from a super long time ago..
