Keeps going back to manage worlds

I made a fresh save file, a new family. Picked out a lot to move them in. But when I try to load the lot and the family, it throws me back to manage worlds. I can’t load my family or any other household.

I have had this problem with save files that I’ve used longer, but never this quick before. 
I can’t play any of my save files now because they all ended up with this problem sooner or later.

The game is currently unplayable because of this issue.
