Kids can not order/drink bubble tea

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL, minus some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play as a kid order try and get a bubble tea
What happens when the bug occurs? My child cant order bubble tea
What do you expect to see? a menu where I can order bubble tea
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Kids can not order food or bubble tea, from the bubble tea counter from High school years.

    Only teens and older can order bubble tea, this is the intended design, thanks!

    Why though, who made that stupid decision, they can drink them, if they cant buy them, but drink them, how are they suppose to get them? its a stupid thing they cant, absolutely ridiculous. what is the reason, bubble tea is not pretended alcohol. and its not like kids cant buy food other. I can not a see a single reason why kids should not be able to buy bubbletea. please provide me with one.

    @SimGuruNick Can we get the system changed to allow kids to drink boba - I would let my kids also my child siblings drink it too so why not in the sims also children can come to retail alone and buy stuff why not boba?

    I see no reason for that. Kids love bubble tea! And Sim kids can order food from festival stalls, so it's not like there's some rule kids can't spend money.

    Honestly boba isn't alcohol, it's not like it isn't allowed for kids so why not let them in game

    Does the mean teens being able to do the ping pong table's drinking game is intended as well? I always thought the drinks in that were "juice".

    Its a real shame that the team didnt think. Oh we're making boba lets allow kids to drink too but no why would we add gameplay for children as small as this
