Knitted objects and the flea market

I've seen a few people mention selling knitted objects at the flea market, but I'm unable to put anything knitted into the table inventory - only my other crafted objects.
Am I missing something or is this really how it was intended to function? Because what flea market doesn't have clothes?

    @claudiekitty  Clothing items are part of CAS and not an item that can be sold. You should be able to sell the other knitted items like the toys.

    No, I can't add those to the table, either.
    I literally meant, "anything knitted"
