You'll need to speak with a support agent at Help.EA.com on this one, we cannot modify your account over Answers HQ.

I would suggest using the options "The Sims 4 - I need Help Installing My Game - Email Us" here.

@EA_Cade I have the same issue. I emailed, opened a case and tried to conntact someone over twitter but can't reach anyone. I did get an email to use the live chat but when i follow the steps the live chat isn't there. What can I do?
