For $700, or actually $680 once you apply the discount code listed on the product page, you'd get an excellent graphics card, a very fast hard drive (so booting up and other Windows processes would be faster), and a good processor. Plus, you'd have flexibility to add another drive, or pay someone to do it, if you ever change your mind. Even without that though, you'd get a computer that should run Sims 4 on ultra settings, even with all packs, for a while, and maybe for the entire run of the game.
The other options are good, but their graphics cards aren't quite as good, and that's the most important component for a game like Sims 4. It's not until the $800 Dell that you'd get a stronger card than the Asus above, and even then, the card would only be a little bit better.
