Last patch made my game lag

Hey, am I the only one that has their game lagging and sudddently punch of new bugs in game?

I don't have any mods in game at all but my game is now really slow, I've had random sims appear in the suite. In of my game, Sims 1 has a nice hotweather outfit but every time I load the game sims 2 or 3 or 4 will ramdomly have that outfit as well. I have to change their outfit for it to go back to normal.

You guys having that as well?
