[LD] Afterlife Anonymous event never starts

The afterlife anonymous event never begins in my game. I didn't know it even existed until I started the Tarot deck challenge. The event does not show up on the calendar, there is no notification for it, and when I go to the location there is no official event. I can't ask any of the ghosts about their unfinished business to complete the challenge because there is no event.
