@happygirl4321 Is your Sim in the painter career ? According to Carls guide you need to be: https://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/skills/painting/

I also tested and didn't have the option but had it immediately when I joined the career.

I didn't know that! It works like a charm, thank you! I have only played painters with the career so far, really thought it was a bug. Sorry for posting here :D
