Library: No books in bookcases/shelves

Yes, I did try replacing the bookcases, as I said in my post "I thought it may have been a problem with the cases while placing the lot, so I replaced all the cases in each library that was added."
I have repaired the game (multiple times) and reset the sims4 folder twice.
I just checked and still no joy in those libraries. :(
They are Llama Land Library, Desert Muse and also Willow Creek Archives. I have no problem with the game placed Willow Creek Archive, only the ones I placed from the Gallery.
Could it be that I placed them directly from the gallery and did not download them to my gallery first?
I'm thinking of trying an entirely new built from scratch library to see if that solves the problem.
