Lice cold freezer isn't working

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Italiano
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020 (64 bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 Own a retail shop 2 Buy the lice cold freezer 3 Put food inside 4 Customers will open it and look inside but never buy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Customers can't buy food from the lice cold retail freezer. They open the fridge, look inside and than close it like if it were empty.
What do you expect to see? Customers should buy food from any of my 8 lice cold freezers, but they don't.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I just bought the get to work expansion, i built a retail shop to sell home-made food, I have 8 lice cold freezer full of meals either from my cooking skills, my gourmet cooking and my baking. Customers come in and look inside the freezers but no one buys anything, they can't buy from the freezers. Help!!

Sorry for any mistakes, I'm italian.

    @EtoilDuMatin yeah, i feel they take forever but you can encourage them to buy by talking to them.

    So this is solved for you ?

    They buy everything else.

    I wanted to see if they would buy from it if I had nothing else on sale so I marked everything as not for sale and the game told me i had nothing on sale even if the freezers were full of stuff. (sorry for my bad english)

    I think it's an old issue cause I google it before writing it here (this is how I found this forum actually) and here it is:

    @EtoilDuMatin It was an issue in the past and got fixed (several times, the lice cold freezer is just cursed)

    Can you test if cakes and stuff get bought and if it's just produce they buy ? After making my post I realized, I sold cake and stuff 3 times but not the produce.

    For produce i guess you mean fruit and vegetables? (again, english is not my first language, sorry)

    They can't buy cooked meal, baking goods, or produce (i tried putting inside mushrooms), or anything else!

    Another thing, I have the same problem with "Cat loves food Inc. professional grade warming rack", I didn't write it before because I didn't know the english title they gave to this cabinet, but it is the twin brother/sister of the retail freezer and it doesn't work in the same exact way.

    Considering that it's an issue that not everyone got, but only few people, I don't think it will be a priority for the developers to fix it, isn't there anything I can do manually to help the situation?

    @EtoilDuMatin Will do some more testing tomorrow.

    For me they def bought stuff and yes, fruit and veggies

    For now, can you try repairing your game through Origin and test a fresh save if you have the same issue.

    Tank you so much!

    I repaired the game, and created a fresh save and it worked! Customers can buy from the freezer.

    I went back to my original sim and marked everything in the shop, again, as not in sale, and customers bought from the freezer, but it took 6 hours.

    6 hours of an open shop with 10 customers inside it opening and closing the freezers again and again.

    It was frustrating. Is it supposed to be like that? Sales go slower than with regular and more pricey items on sale...

    Yes, it is solved as in: customers are able to buy from the freezers, but it's still very incovenient so I won't use them anymore.
