Liked or disliked colours don't affect sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, Vapires, Realm Of Magic, Spa Day, Dine Out, Jungle Adventure, Spooky Stuff, Fitness Stuff TinyLiving, Nifty Knitting, Paranormal Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Sim with like/dislike of some colour. Buy a lot for that Sim. Build a room with objects that are tagged as the same colour that your sim likes/dislikes only. Than put the sim in that room and wait. Sim won't react.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims that like/dislike some colour don't respond to them.
What do you expect to see? Sims reacting when they are surrounded with their liked/disliked colour.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
