Likes/dislikes says 19/20 activities selected when I chose none

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion packs: all, game packs: all, stuff packs: Fitness Stuff, Laundry Day, Moschino, Movie Hangout, Nifty knitting, Paranormal Stuff, Tiny Living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into cas with a sim that you were already playing with before the recent patch and open the likes and dislikes panel. Look at how many the game says you selected.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game says I chose 19/20 activities that my sim likes or dislikes when I never chose any.
What do you expect to see? The game to say the correct amount of activities that I selected.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated my game for the recent patch that came with the likes and dislikes.

I thought it was being caused by a mod but when I removed them the problem persisted. The sim I am playing with is a teen that I played since she was a toddler. It is only allowing me to select one activity.
