[LLQE] Event not visible in game

New event same problem :( Deck the Palms event missing in-game and can't claim rewards | EA Forums - 13071890.

I cant joint the event at at all - game is updated, I am online, I've never used any mods, I had the pop up window to show me "new event started" and I even see the advert for it in the main menu (the middle one on the screenshot). But the event is not in there for me, I dont even see the Event tab in main manu. I was unable to join the previous event for the same reason and its getting annoying. I want to join and I want the rewards. 😭

It's been like this the event tab left early last time there was an event there was 10 days left for it.

Ever since the new update I have not been able to collect the rewards from the Lose Legacies that my sims unlocked. Please fix this. ☹️

I can't access or play the lost legacies event on my sims 4 game. I looked at the menu and there wasn't any event button. As well as live mode.

I didn't have event tab but I open the game to today and saw I have it now. the last event ended early for me😢

When I try to claim reward from the Lost Legacies Event it says I have to go online to receive them. I am online and connected to the internet, and I have tried to repair the game several times, as well as login in and out of the account. Nothing is working, which is upsetting. Please fix this soon, so that I can claim the rewards before March 16th.
