Log out of my home
My family Sims went in the trip and coming back home, I find out that there wasn't a entrance stairs and I didn't put a security alarm on. Please help me to fix it.😶

what error code are you getting ? Any mods/cc in your game ?
What do you mean by there wasn't an entrance stairs ? Did the stairs get removed from the lot ? Do you maybe have a picture ?
