lost my household after starting a scenario
i started and finished the family fortune scenario after I've been playing one of my households for a while and when i went to go back to that household after the scenario it wasn't among my househol...

is the complete save game missing or just that household from the save ?
the whole save. when i go to the load game option its just not there. it used to be at the top of the list since it was my most recent played but after starting that scenario its just gone. i thought completing the scenario would let me play it again but that didn't happen.
Scenarios usually start in the last save you had open - are you sure your previous household isn't still available in the same save as the scenario? The household showing in the save list will be the last one you played in it (or the first created if you last saved from manage worlds), but other played households will still be there.
Are you using oneDrive at all ? Sometimes the game switches folder it uses. You can find out which one the game uses with these instructions: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Is that the only save you're missing ? Is there a possibility you deleted it by accident (the delete button is badly placed)
