crinrict Yes, i got the prompt asking if i wanted to change the lot type and no, i can't change it in build mode, not when it was replaced with a residential lot, it says that it's a business and i can't change it.
Yes, i'm still having this issue.
It appearently only happens when i replace any venue (from gallery or the game itself) with a residential lot.

been trying to find this exact issue but I can only find this for specific scearios

This older issue turned the lot into generic but otherwise it's the same I think: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2016/06/lot-changes-into-generic-lot-that-cant-be-changed it's been fixed a while ago though and you say it happens for every lot for you.
