And yeah, I should have specified home versus other lot types for my answer, but honestly, there are so many good ones that I wish we could have more than three traits. The challenges, however, I think you have the option to have way more! lol. The prairie grass one is definitely less of a challenge and more of a bonus, in my opinion.

For home lots, my most common go-to traits are Geothermal (because as mentioned above, sims will not leave the pools alone in freezing Temps), Fast Internet (for convenience), and either Homey or Peace and Quiet. It changes based on the composition of my household, of course, but these are probably the ones I use the most 🙂
