Lot type stuck as retail

The lot type is stuck as a retail on the Mt. Komorebi. If I place a residencial lot and leave to maps it stays but if I re enter the lot and go to build mode it will reset it back as a retail lot and there are no other options. I have checked all my mods and even emptied the mod folder and it still doesn't fix the issue. :( I'm using a PC.

    You can change it back into an onsen doing this

    1. Click on the lot from the map and choose sell in the lower right corner
    2. Enter the lot in build mode
    3. Download an onsen type lot from the gallery and place it.

    is this a  general issue with all save or just a particular save ? Does it affect all lots in Mt. Komorebi ?

    Thank you for your reply. It seems to only be that one lot and it’s on other saves. It’s the 3 lot at the top of the mountain. Also I tried to enter the lot and it is now crashing the game and automatically closing my entire game.
