PS5 Console - In San Myshuno when visiting the Landgraab Apartments the lot becomes blank . When I control the household in the lot , the lot is there but if I’m playing as a sim outside of that household when I press “visit this household” it goes through a loading screen the door disappears and the lot becomes gray . In my instance this is the “feng” residence
Could you explain more what you mean by the apartment goes grey ? Can you maybe make a video ? When you visit and switch, you should usually still need to know on door to gain entry.

There's this issue: [CL] Apartments lose furniture when loading into adjacent apartment | EA Forums - 11849597 but I don't think that's what you are reporting.
Does this also happen on a new save or just on your existing one ?
