Lots Endless Loading From Edit World Screen

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? LoveStruck Patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Try making a "Save File"
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot load into ANY of the lots in the BB/Edit Worlds.
What do you expect to see? To be able to load lots to edit them or place new lots without the endless loading screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I was making my own Save File (Fill every lot with a build). There are NO mods and NO cc in this save and never has been.

I started a fresh save, made ONE sim whom I moved into a lot just as a placeholder (this sim has never been played, so this issue does not involve using a sim to travel to a lot in any way), and have been just filling each lot in all the worlds since. It was mostly fine (with the ocassional crash) but has now stopped loading any lots and happens to ALL of them 100% of the time. I load the game, load the save (which brings me to edit world screen), pick a lot and choose to BB/edit it, and then it just loads until I restart my computer. Because not only can I not load any lots I can't Alt+Tab to close the program as it won't let me back to my desktop in any form. I need to reboot my computer entirely.

Notes:

-No Mods
-No CC
-From Fresh Save
-Tried Edgesmoothing off
-Tried replacing Sims 4 folder with new folder
-Tried Game Repair

STILL HAPPENS

    @xSinfulSimx  Did you create any residential rentals?  That's a known issue:

    One rental can corrupt the entire world it's in, although not the entire save as far as I've seen.

    Either way, this instance of this save may be corrupted beyond repair.  But you can try loading a backup:

    I have some residental rentals in the save in general, but none in that world specifically (San Saquoia fwiw).  Oddly, up until recently it was working and even today it was working.  Laid a lot went to the next and it just started loading forever (and the lot I had just laid was not a rental).  I thought the issue with rentals was anything over 6?  Or is it all of them now? ☹️  
    Would really suck to have to start all over when I thought I was doing right with the cc/mod free world and filling it up to play in, which was also super time consuming. 

    Tried a couple fo save recovers (even back to a point when it was previously working, and no dice.  Still not working).

    @xSinfulSimx  Then I guess I would put aside this save for now and work on something else.  It's possible EA will fix the underlying issue, and in the meantime, can you build or create sims that you'll use later?  I know it's not ideal, but at least you'd have something to build on if the issue is addressed, or if it's never addressed and this save is toast.

    The Residential Rentals can sometimes corrupt worlds by virtue of their very presence, not only when there are over six units.
