Today 03/11/2019 I wanted to play sims 4 wanting to make two stepsisters have romantic relationships and so far I could, but today the icon does not appear. Please, don't think I'm crazy, it's part of a story

If they are not blood related you can do this. Otherwise you can't.
Yup u cannot have a relationship with a blood related sims 🙂
