Lovestruck world and cupid's corner not loading

after downloading I wanted to play with the lovestruck content. I'm currently playing in an already existing file. I tried to open cupids corner but it wouldn't load. I rebooted the game but it didn't fix it. After that i tried to move my family into Ciudad Enamorade but the map wouldn't load. This also happens when I try to visit the world. I've repaired the game but it didn't work. I don't have any mods installed so I really don't understand why this is happening. Is there someone who can help me?
