Mailbox not working and can’t use certain dialogue

my game is not letting me do any dialogue my two sims are now soulmates when I press on them to make a baby the option doesn’t even show up, I can’t read book I can’t pay my bills even open my mailbo...

Yea it don’t have mods or cc or anything it’s on ps4

@anttowavyyy Unfortunately I don't know what platform people play on unless they state it 😉

Have you tested another family to see if the same issue occurs ?
