Mailbox Stuck on edge of lot

Hi there - I need help

My gf has been playing the sims, creating a new community in Sulani and whilst building seems to have pushed the mailbox off the squares whilst playing with terrain.

We're having the issue now that we can't 1. Flatten all the terrain on the lot and 2. Can't remove the mail box.

I've downloaded an advanced debug mod from Clown that was made back in like 2015, but that hasn't worked. I've downloaded MCCC with Tmex AllCheats mod and that hasn't worked - it's not showing the "destroy" option. We've tried reseting the option, setting it as head but nothing is working.

There's a lot of "solutions" out there but they're dated 2015-2017 so aren't really working.
