Make Flower Bunny a Normal Sim or more Interesting?

One of my sims, developed a close friendship and romance with the Flower Bunny. They got married and the Flower Bunny moved in but he mostly just stands around. I think it's because his needs don't decay. I'm also a bit tired of the bunny outfit.

Is there a way to make him a normal sim? I might have her split from him and move him out.

He's so boring. Patchy is interesting so I thought Flower Bunny would not be too bad as a spouse. But he will stand in place for hours unless I tell him to do something.
