Menu for shift-click not showing in live mode

After September 18th update I can no longer use shift-click on an object or sim. Normally when you shift-click options like debug, cheat need, modify in CAS appear. But now those options aren't showi...

It was active, not sure how it got turned off. But I reactivated it. I think it will work now.

The same thing happened to me and I bought it from the EA app. I tried uninstalling the pack, but it didn't work. I don't want to start over by having to uninstall the game or anything else like that...
