Missing basic families
Hello! I went to play my Sim 4 today and cannot find any of the basic pre-made Sim families (Goth, Capp, Landgraab, etc) seem to have all disappeared...anyone know how to bring these families back?? ...

All of mine disappeared from the game a long time ago and I still can’t figure out where they went or why. It’s definitely frustrating especially when you want to play them.
@lnr323 , have you been playing the same save file for a while? 🤔 If you have, they might have aged and died. Are other random Sims living in their houses, or are the houses empty?
If you try a new save game file , they should all be there. 😉
