Missing expansion packs

I have been playing the Sims since 2000; I have purchased several packs and now the game is showing I have no packs, and I can't play. I have tried several attempts to correct this issue even contacting EA Sport via chat and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a number I could call for more help?
