Do have one drive, not sure how to see if they are in the save file. After the update the 12th did every add ons I have in the game did reply as new. Sorry language, and old norwegian here.
The files can be found in documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves. Check the dates.
Also which folder the game uses: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
If you are using oneDrive, it's possible that game switched to what it uses and then you see a different bunch of save games.
