Missing Item (romantic blanket)

So I was looking over the nature's calling quest and saw that an optional task was to purchase a romantic blanket item for your home lot and... I don't seem to have the item in the game... I searched online and saw you can buy it from the shop on your phone, from the build menu under activities or from a mixologist. For some reason I'm also missing the shop option from my phone, the item is not coming up in the catalogue under any filter and I visited a mixologist but it was only allowing me to purchase a guitar, violin, or microphone. 

I spent like 20 mins trying to figure out how to open an actual help case on the main website and finally gave up and decided to try my luck here. If anyone doesn't know but knows how to reach an actual person in EA instead that would also be great. The advisor chat option never shows up for me under any help topic... 😥
